Note : If on roof/terrace kitchen, toilet, bedroom are constructed, a sunk will have to be made to collect all the drainage water and a pipe line would have to be laid along the roof to drain the same. This would cause construction being heaver and thicker in relevant directions on the roof and this would cause benevolent or malevolent effects. For this reason that no sunk be constructed on the terrace and the drainage pipes be carried only West, SouthWest or South sides.

North Facing Constructions
Compound Wall / Parapet Wall / Railing
Compound wall / parapet wall shall be thicker and higher on Southern and Western sides. Glass pieces or spikes may also be placed here.
North & East side Compound wall / parapet wall should always be shorter and thinner in comparison of Southern and Western sides. No glass pieces or spikes are allowed here.
Roof top construction / Over head water tank / Placing of other things
Such constructions on roof should best be as shown on place no. 1. While constructing ensure that start from place 1 and proceed towards to place 2. ensure at least 3 feet of space as shown.
Duplex House / Magazine Floor
The shaded areas are appropriate for multilevel constructions. However the top roof for the whole construction including that on the shaded area shall be only one without any difference in it’s levels.
Shaft / Duct / Open Area
These may be placed only in the unshaded area as shown. These shall be away at least 3 feet from the main walls.
Floor level vis a vis road and drainage
The floor level of the construction should be at least two feet above the road and drainage should be from the shaded area only.
Construction of Slab
Kitchen and store can be anywhere in the construction but shelves shall always be in South and West walls as shown and never on East and North walls.
Construction of Toilet
Toilet may be anywhere in the building however the seat be such that during it’s use person should face only North or South and never in East & West.
Shelves / Loft / Almirah
Shelves / Lofts etc can be placed in any room on Souther and Western walls and away from the corner as shown.
Size of the Rooms
Rooms towards North, East and NorthEast should be always smaller in size in comparison to rooms South, West & SouthWest.
Location of doors
Doors should always be at places indicated in the map.
Prayer Room (Temple)
The shaded area shown in figure either in the building or in the room or appropriate for purposes of prayer.
Central Area
There shall be no construction of ditches, sumps at this place. Including bore well, septic tank etc. or else whole family will be ruined.
Construction of RCC roof Slab
The roof slab shall be even and shall have no slope towards any directions.
Construction of Balcony / Shed
These shall be on the complete side as shown. The whole weight shall be carried either walls or by columns.
For lesser construction in the plot.
Construction should be as shown in North to South. This is the Best.
Construction should only on the West side and leave open space in the East. Construct a wall of about 2.5 feet height on the dotted line such that the vacant area is isolated. This is only a temporary solution for in this construction, there will be no development.
